my story

 Hi!  So I'm Kristen.  Married, with four kiddos, living on the beautiful Emerald Coast.  But how'd I get here?  Here's my story:

On a whim, I went on match.com in 2015 and started talking to a guy online from Arkansas.  He was living in Tennessee.  I was living in Massachusetts.  Within 6 weeks, he flew up to Boston to meet me in person.  I moved to Tennessee a few weeks later. That was 17 years ago.  Since then, we opened three pubs, one restaurant together, and had four kids together.  We had always vacationed in Destin, Florida and loved it.  We decided to make a plan and make Destin our home.  Took us three years, but we finally moved to Florida in 2016 when we had two boys and I was pregnant with my third son.  I started blogging full time when I moved to Florida.  We had another baby, a girl in 2018 to complete our family.  We now raise our babies by the beach, loving this outdoor, healthy, active, laid-back lifestyle.  

We sold it all and moved to the sunshine state.  Our days are filled with boat days, bowling, baseball, and spaghetti dinners by the pool.  I am SO grateful I am able to stay home with my children being a stay at home mom, blogging.
